• Scientific Name : Curetis dentata (Moore)
• Family : LYCAENIDAE
• Wingspan : 35-45mm
• Colour : Upperside bright orange, underside silvery white.
• Habit : Powerful flier, males generally basks in the sun high on top of tree while females low near the ground, when disturbed flies very fast and settled on a twig; Males visit damp and moist patches.
• Larval Host Plants : Xylia xylocarpa.
• Location : North Bengal
